I had an exceptional experience working with John at the dealership. All the positive reviews I read beforehand were absolutely true. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and he made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The cars on the lot were all in great condition, and I could tell he wouldn’t sell anything he didn’t truly stand behind. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. After I got home, I realized I had left something in my old car. John texted me right away and shipped it to me the very next day. Not only was John fantastic, but everyone I interacted with, including the finance team, was equally professional and helpful. I can’t recommend John and this dealership highly enough!
