This company is an absolute nightmare. There is a complete lack of loyalty to customers, and the staff behave as if they don’t care about people at all. Conversations are filled with constant swearing, rudeness, and indifference, even in the most critical situations. They have no regard for the quality of their work—everything is done carelessly, with constant delays and missed deadlines. There is a sense of instability—one day they say one thing, the next day it’s something completely different. No punctuality, no responsibility. It feels like a group of people who couldn’t care less about their reputation, clients, or the business itself. If you value your nerves and expect even a basic level of service—run away from this place while you still can.

Okay..... So to be fair, I was a detailer for a long time, and have bought for them for well over 20 years. However, that being said, I can tell you that these guys have everything. And what they do not carry in store, they can lay hands-on very quickly.
