Don came out and helped us with our bucket truck! Very polite, took care of us in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. Thank you for the help, definitely will keep you in mind next time!

I was in a horrible accident on February 26,2025, and I've never expected to meet such kind and caring people. Everyone here is honestly so nice, and I couldn't be more thankful that they were the company to respond to the accident. Thank you to everyone at this company. You have been more than understanding and so kind to me. I truly appreciate you all, and I know who I'll call if I ever need a car towed.

I had a flat tire and bent rim and was unable to change the tire myself. I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but he was amazing! It did not take him long to get to me at all and he worked very quickly to get me on my way. He also was very helpful in terms of getting receipts and documentation for insurance reimbursement. Definitely recommend these guys!

General towing in auburn hills I highly recommend to anyone and everyone! BEST TOWING COMPANY HANDS DOWN! I got a flat tire and needed help with a tire change Not only did they get to me within 15 min of calling they went above and beyond to help me out with whatever I needed and even found me a tire shop to fix my tire the same day, not only were they so helpful but they actually cared about the customer! I cannot express how satisfied I am with their services! The only towing company I will use from now on! Thanks again for your time and all your help I really appreciate you guys!

Great tow experience. The driver “Doc” was very courteous and pleasant. He called when he was nearby to update me on his ETA. I was nervous to get my vehicle towed since this was the first time but he reassured me that he would get the car to the shop safely..which he did.
