Completely unprofessional and rude. I left my car there (had an appointment) I called to follow up, they said they didnt have my car and despite having an appointment wouldn't look at it because they said I gave them attitude. I was pissed when my car was not worked on as previously arranged. Will not be doing business with them ever again.

I come here to get my car or cars fixed. This place is honest and very reasonable. The prices depend on what you need done to your car. The staff are very nice and friendly. The guy who works here his name is Chris. I been coming here for many years. This place is behind Kelly school In holyoke mass. If anything is wrong with your car bring it here and Chris the mechanic will fix it for you then he will tell you what needed to be done and then he would tell you the price of how much it would cost. While he works on your car that needed to be fixed. He would also look around the whole car to see if it needed any more work to be done on it while he has it on the lift. There is on street parking here and also he has a small parking lot in front of his shop. Handicap accessible entrance.

My family has been using Gene's for years. Very honest and work is first rate. Have always been treated fairly, work is done promptly and prices are reasonable. Just to be clear we own a Hyundai Sonata and A Honda CRV so he works on just about everything. Highly Recommended

My entire family has used Chris Wenzel to repair our cars for over 15 years. You can't find a better or more honest mechanic. Highly recommend. This is off the beaten track but Chris does a steady business - by word of mouth. Because of this you need to call and make an appt a day or so ahead or at least ask him if he can fit you in that day.
