Dave, Jeff and Ted at Genuine Motors have always been amazing and very professional. I had a few issues and the Jeep dealers refused to work on my modified vehicle. So Dave & Jeff took a look and were able to locate the issues fix the passenger door , replaced the left rear bent axle and replace the coil springs and shocks. To bring our vehicle back in proper working order. Thank you :)

Best mechanics I’ve been to! They were patient and took the time to answer all the questions I had. My car was ready when they said it would be and everything was fixed and running great! Very welcoming staff and would 100% recommend.

Some was great, some was meh, but all was expensive. I took our old truck there and thought all was good to the tune of $20k and have since noticed several obvious things that were just overlooked. Like I said, some things they did have been solid, but other things they worked on have continued to be issues, like they just did a bandaid. For the price I expected more, maybe that’s overly optimistic. That said, their customer service was top notch.

The staff at Genuine Motors are great to deal with. They are dependable, honest, and accommodating. We trust them to keep our various vehicles well maintained as well as multiple business company vans. I would highly recommend them.
