I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra (197k miles) to George for tie rod replacement. After the work, an alignment shop found that a tie rod had come loose/popped out. George reviewed the video I took (see attached), acknowledged a mistake, and said it appeared loose but not a major issue. As I understand it, even a loose tie rod is a serious steering safety concern, and that aspect felt downplayed. I sought a second opinion, and another mechanic later identified additional steering and suspension issues that had not been flagged. It’s unfortunate because George was friendly, able to get me in quickly, and even provided rides when needed. However, given the safety concerns, I’ve decided not to return.

I continue to bring my cars back to George when they need work done. He’s quick, fairly priced, and is reasonable when it comes to what he suggests needs to get replaced. I’ve had Midas try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs- never had that issue with George!

George and his team are awesome! I stopped in for an oil change and they took great care of me. Super friendly, honest, and fast service at a really fair price. It’s great to find a mechanic you can actually trust. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to friends. 10/10

George got me right in, no appointment needed, diagnosed the issues immediately and communicated when he said he would, and turned my oil change and breaks around in less than 2 hours.
