We’ve bought several cars from Kingstown Auto over the years, and our experiences with Sina and the sales team have always been positive. They’ve been honest, helpful, and easy to work with, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. The issue is with the service department, not sales. Before driving from Rhode Island to Florida, we were told by David that our oil change and inspection were completed. After arriving in Florida, we learned the oil change was never done, which the shop later admitted and refunded. The oil filter wasn’t even screwed on correctly, and there were visible oil — problems that would have been obvious if any inspection had actually been performed. But it was not. I had a wonderful experience here! I was visiting from Pennsylvania and I had three lights on my dash turn on. The whole staff was extremely nice and helped me to understand what was going on. I would 100% go back if I was from the area.
