My experience with the service department was unfortunately very mixed, but in the end I was extremely grateful for Kelvin. If you ever need your car serviced, ask for Kelvin! My vehicle needed a transmission replacement and was at the dealership for about three months. I was originally told that the warranty would cover the repair and that I would only be responsible for my $150 deductible and an oil change. During those three months I had to call periodically for updates because my service advisor, Morgan, rarely reached out to inform me about the status of my vehicle.
