From the very beginning of my interaction with Gerber Collision & Glass, Brittany was very professional and informative. She gave clear directions for what the process would be, and she guided me each step of the way. The other team members were very professional and knowledgeable as well. The estimator Olivia knew a lot about vehicles, specifically the damage that needed to be repaired. She took pictures and produced a good preliminary report. She kept me up to date with the repairs on my vehicle, so I knew what was going on twice a week. And the best part, my truck was ready a week earlier than originally promised! At the moment I left Gerber Matteson, I felt completely comfortable with leaving my vehicle in their care. I was greeted with empathy for my accident, plus a thorough explanation of what would need to be repaired in order to have me and my family back on the road. I pay attention to details, so to have several high end vehicles in their care for repair, I knew that there was validity to the referrals. The job took a little longer than planned but Gerber made provisions that made my life easier. The work is impeccable, I hold a degree in Auto body and let me tell you, I did not have to inspect the work long. Everything looked as good as new.
