Gerald's Tires and Brakes

Every time we go to Gerald’s it’s a positive experience. They’ve helped us so many times plugging tires for no charge. Their prices are always great and usually more affordable than other places after we get second opinions. They make it affordable to do repairs, which with the price of a new car (and everything else) these days, is a necessity for us. They also have great customer service after repairs if you have any questions or issues, which is very hard to come by. Thanks Gerald’s!

Great experience! Everyone was super helpful in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, as well as telling me what I could put off for a little bit since it is almost Christmas and I've had a good bit of work done already. Sean was so knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain what issues I had as well as what they were impacting on my vehicle. I've been taking my car to Geralds in Carnes. I had no idea they still did roses, so that made my day!

I called before coming in to ask if I could get a rear brake service done, and the man on the phone told me they could fit me in, I would just need to wait. That was completely fine with me. When I checked in, I told the girl at the front desk that I would be waiting for my car, and she confirmed that was okay. After waiting almost four hours, I had a prior commitment, so I had someone pick me up. Before leaving, I clearly told the front desk that I would be back and asked them to call me if they had an updates on my car while I was gone. I came back about an hour later and waited another two hours. After that, I went to the desk to ask how many cars were ahead of mine, and that’s when I was told my car had been marked as an overnight drop-off. The employee seemed surprised that I didn’t

Everything was phenomenal at this location from the three ladies at the check-in and check-out desk and from the tire technician Ryan. I had a magnificent experience at this location. Which I made an appointment for at 10am and I was seen immediately. This was my first visit and I am definitely coming back due to the honesty I received from the technician Ryan. I was previously given a quote from the location off of Dorchester and Summerville, South Carolina. Which I needed 3 to 4 new tires but Ryan told me I really just needed one and the rest were good due to them being 2024 tires. I really didn't have the funds, so when I heard that it really meant a lot to me. So thank you ladies and Ryan for the wonderful experience that was given to me and my beautiful rose.
