Gerald's Tires & Brakes

Rarely does one come across a local business that truly looks after its customers, but Gerald Tires is one of them. I had read reviews saying they fix tires at no charge, and honestly, I didn’t believe it—until this afternoon. I experienced that very service myself: professional, friendly, and completely free. Service with a smile, no less. God bless them and may their business continue to grow and succeed. It’s truly a pleasure to have such a kind and honest business in the neighborhood.

This business is definitely a 5 star business! My sis, our friend and myself were on our way to the Jason Aldean concert in Charleston from Georgetown and picked up a nail. They replaced the tire which had actual wires showing and had us on our way within 30 mins! To top it off, they placed long stem red roses on the dash with a note thanking us for our business! Knowledgeable, fast, friendly and very nice waiting area. You're missing out if you don't check this business out!

Tire rotation on my truck was due, of course I went to Gerald's Tires & Brakes. They were very quick to get the work done. Extremely helpful staff. This is the only place to go for Tires brakes and front end alignments.

I have been going to Gerald’s for years and have always been happy with their service. Last week I brought my car to Volvo to have something fixed under warranty. They told me that I had thousands of dollars of work needed-front brakes (rotors/pads) and new rear tires, etc. Volvo even wrote that it was urgent to replace and that my car was not safe to drive due to tire rot. I declined their service and brought my car to Gerald’s as I have been doing for several years. Gerald’s checked out my car and within an hour called and said that my car was in great shape and no need to replace anything. I’ve been to Gerald’s twice - first time at the recommendation from a colleague for an emergency flat tire - they took me right away, patched and inflated all tires, I was out in less than an hour!!! The second time was a scheduled oil change - again prompt and efficient, very reasonable price. The waiting room is very comfortable with tv and refreshments. But really, the best aspect of this business is the friendly staff and happy atmosphere! And of course the fresh rose is such a sweet gesture!
