READ THIS. It can save you a lot of stress and trouble. I came to this body shop as part of an insurance claim after an accident. I was verbally told that the documents I was asked to sign were only for an estimate to be sent to the insurance company. It was never clearly explained that these papers would be used as repair authorization.
