Came here for the estimate from my insurance company and had to wait for the appointment for two weeks. When in those two weeks they rescheduled on me which I approved. Just arrived at their location to find out they are not working on my make and model of the vehicle. Such a waste of time. I would really expect them to know what vehicle they are going to be working on ahead of time. Very disappointed.

Picked up my car today and they did such a good job. Chose this location out of convenience and being one of the options for my insurance coverage. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the car. It’s never easy dealing with an insurance claim and it did take time but they made the process a lot smoother! If you have any car needs I highly recommend this place.

Great experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. They were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate quickly and then were able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks after that. After dropping off my car with them, I received regular communications regarding the status of my vehicle from Hannah and she answered my questions quickly. They completed my repair well and my car looks as good as new! Thank you!

My car was totaled in an accident. I went here for insurance purposes and Antonio the servicer was outstanding. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and informative. I was able to get into an appointment fairly quickly and got my final estimate after about 30 minutes. Enterprise was about 5 min walk down the street so very convenient location as well.

1 star because they kept on delaying to give us our car how disappointing and when we got it back our key was messed up and they were saying that “when you gave it to us it was like that” and something on the top was broken. I will never come here again
