Wonderful experience. We received updates 2 to 3 times a week so there was never a time we wondered how the repairs were progressing. When we received the car back, there were no signs of an accident ever happening. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work.

My sunroom blew out at the beginning of a long road trip and Jason helped me with a temporary crash wrap solution. Lasted the 16 hour drive home! Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Micki went above and beyond to make the experience less of a hassle and what it was there was a lot of other things that affected the process that I would not blame her directly for, and she did her best to try to mitigate as much of it as possible she even did a courtesy fill with some of the leftover paint in some scrapes up further on my truck. I haven’t had the best experiences with anybody else in there and had had a lot of negative experiences with a lot of the other staff member members. She was on top of it and gave me a weekly updates and even fixed the estimate that one of the other team members completed that was not accurately submitted. Without the service Micki gave my review would be 2 stars

The entire staff at gerber was amazing and very professional ! Amanda is a great receptionist. Matt was very thorough and updated me every Tuesday and and Thursday or either left a detailed message if I was unable to answer. The paint matches perfectly. I would definitely recommend Gerber!

Came in after my car was dinged in Texas and I had to report back to work the next day. The staff was understanding about my scheduling conflicts and the quote was explained thoroughly and simple for anyone to understand. The cost was covered by the company that hit me and they were able to pay over the phone and remove a stress from me. I got the car back in only 2 weeks from the original time of one month. And when I got I was amazed at the craftsmanship that went into this. Even added a complete detail so that the new parts blended in with the whole cars paint. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in the Hinesville area or any of their other locations.
