Took my van to this location for repairs on the sliding door and back left window. The repairs were completed in about two weeks, but there was very limited communication throughout the process. I called multiple times for updates and confirmed that they had the correct phone number on file. During those calls, Mike was rude and condescending. When I picked up the vehicle, several issues were present that were not there at drop-off. The remote starter no longer works, the outdoor temperature gauge is not functioning, and the check engine light is on. I was told these issues were a coincidence and they declined to address them. The interior had been partially vacuumed, and all items and trash from the van were placed in the trunk. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

I really appreciate how prompt and professional each staff member was that I interacted with. From the moment I walked in after my car crash, they made me feel like I was valued as well as my car. I appreciate feeling like I matter. I also appreciate the frequent text updates where I am abreast as to where things were with my vehicle repairs. Lastly, I’m very thankful for the quality job that was not only completed but completed with an earlier turnaround time than originally planned. Jarred was awesome ! So was Destiny, whom I spoke with over the phone. Also, Michael, whom I saw and spoke with the day I picked my car up which was today. I hope they all receive a raise and/or bonus and I highly recommend this establishment! God bless you all!

If you need a good honest repair shop and don't know where to start, very happy with this gerber shop. Jarrett took care of everything start to finish and had great communication. These folks repair your vehicle as if it's their own.

Let me be perfectly clear. I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Gerber Collison. This business is untruthful about the time it takes for repairs. They tell you what you want to hear to get the business, then extend the timeline to fit their work schedule. Once they start the work on your vehicle, you can't get your vehicle back until the work is completed. I can not describe or explain in a review how inconvenient and awful it was not having my car for 5 weeks! I was told my repair was easy/minor and would take 5-7 days, and all the parts were readily available. The actual time to do the work was 32 days!!! After waiting nearly 5 weeks for my car, there is debris and sand in the finish where the bumper cover meets with the front quarter panels. Choosing Gerber Coll

The staff was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Gabe walked me through all the initial repairs and estimates and worked seamlessly with my insurance company so I didnt have to play middleman. The daily text updates were outstanding and each adjustment to the work being done, parts needed, and timeline for completion were specific yet concise. Im so impressed and extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Big shout out to the front desk as well! She was so pleasant, knew her stuff, and gave me great advice and direction while I navigated my situation. And as an added, unexpected bonus, my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off! I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone in need in the future.
