I’m very pleased on how well they repaired my truck and how fast I got my vehicle back. The lady that helped me worked with me and my schedule and kept me notified of the progress of the repair on my truck. I highly recommend this place for the service they provide!

The staff were friendly. I received regular updates. And the work was completed quickly. However the job was not completed properly. My car was backed into and required a new bumper, grill, etc. The new bumper was not properly installed and fitted. The paint does not match and has runs in it. Thankfully no panel paint blending was performed. I was disappointed when I went to pick up my one year old $40,000 sports car and saw it had worse hood and bumper alignment than when it was damaged. The front emblem still has paint embedded in it from the other car, which I was told I could clean up myself with some alcohol. Once home I found bolts that were left loose, push clips forced into misaligned holes, components of the front end left loose or folded over, and one side of the plastics mounted

The quality of work was outstanding, and the level of customer service was truly unmatched. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to doing things right. Horrible service, no communication, cost inflation on imagery problems that wasn't wrong with my vehicle. Caught the lady in a lie. Don't take your car here. Go elsewhere because they will try to increase the prices on your insurance to make more money.

If I could give them 10 stars I would from the moment I walked into their establishment my experience was amazing from the handling of my claim to what would need to be done going forward when it came to the repairs .And also the communication was very good during the process . When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted with a smile and reassurance that the paint job was completed and it exceeded my expectations.
