Gerber Collision & Glass

Bottom line - This shop could have easily received at least 4 stars if their communication during the process was better. Facts - My car sat for two weeks before the work was even started. I was the one reaching out to get a status. I didn't start receiving updates until the work actually started. Once the work did start, the automated messages with the current status and estimated pick up date were incorrect. From what the shop told me, the notifications being incorrect is a known issue. Subjective thoughts - The detailing job was really good, probably the highlight of the repair. If you choose to use this location, I would call daily to get an update. Expect the front desk to not have the most accurate information. If they tell you an estimator will reach out to provide an update, contin

EDIT: my car is sitting at Kings Toyota to be fully repaired. The tires were not balanced or mounted correctly so I have to pay $260 out of pocket to have that done RIGHT! On top of a few other things that weren’t fixed DUE to my minor accident. I will NEVER step foot back in this place. I will never bring my car back to this place. If you didn’t fix it the first time, and claimed you reset them twice, and you didn’t fix it. why would I bring it back to have it fixed again? No thanks. I’ll take it to someone who will do the job properly so that my car will not have problems anymore. So while I wait on my vehicle I wanted to give an update. Manager reached out and was persistent I have it brought back and I said absolutely not! You guys blamed me for almost everything. Sorry I won’t pay hig

Easy to work with so far. Getting estimate was smooth. Recommended by my insurance. They finished the job on time. Good communication. The car looks great.

Very nice people. Do very good work. The Communication between the mechanics and the front desk people could be better. Had to keep asking if they had things fixed when they said it was done. On the final time I took it home just to have to bring it back because they still didn't fix one of the main issues resolved. They did take ownership and make it right, thus the reason they get 4 stars!! Thanks for making my car safe to drive again!!

Did a great job fixing the scratches
