Front desk very helpful for my particular situation. I have not used their service in Mt. Pleasant yet but their center in Austell Georgia I would suggest you mash gas quickly and not look back. While not all the staff was awful that manager Frank theanager is very dishonest person and I was not impressed with the final bodywork to my Ford 250 and even tried to omit doing work that was related to the accident or caused by the shop because it was not there when the truck was sent to them. I picked up my truck on 8/05/25 and was promised the remaining part would be sent to the Mt. Pleasant shop to complete the repair and as of 9/11/25 this morning the part was still not here. Lying every chance he got. Don't know what the Mt. Pleasant shop will do but I'm looking forward to getting my truck

We took our 2024 Lexus RX 350 to them because they were recommended by Costco Insurance. Not Our Dealership. Bad Call Costco. Scratches in the Paint. No Dents or parts being ordered. We droped it off on 7/2, we picked it up on 8/4. Scratches in the Paint? 0 communication, NO return phone calls or Emails. Heads should roll. What kind of Business Model is this? The work looks good so far, I am thankfull for the Lifetime Guarentee. Customer Service Needs Major Improvement. Inhouse and National. Fortunatley we had another vehicle and didn't have to pay for the Insurance Overun. They could be in collusion with Costco about that though.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in a minor car accident, not at fault, and they have had my car for 5 weeks. The other insurance is paying and covering my rental, but it has been so long, that they are ending my coverage, so I will have to pay out of pocket. My insurance company is partnered with Gerber Collision, so I let them set up my appointment there, but I shouldn't have. From the day of the accident, they couldn't get my car in, they misplaced my appointment, then they couldn't get me in for a week. Their online update system is useless, it never updates, and has never had an estimated pick up date. I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted at this car "repair" shop. If my car doesn't look brand new when I get it back (if I ever get it back), they'll be paying.

I would advise anyone who's thinking about getting service here to stay AWAY!!! Worst customer service with lies coming from every department. I've been in contact with Cody in regards to my hood being replaced and haven't had a honest response yet. This is an ongoing situation since February. I have all of the messages and text between Cody and I. I call every week about an update and Whitney keeps telling me that she's passing the messages to Cody and he's just not responding to me. I'm getting fed up and about to look into what other actions I have to take against this company. DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
