Drop off was fast and efficient. I had a horizontal foot long dent in my driver's side door which was repaired and ready for pickup in 2 buisness days. They keep you updated on the repair status of your vehicle and clean the exterior of your car to the best of their ability when it's repaired! The receptionists and manager were very helpful and patient with me as someone who had never needed repairs on my car.

Matt and his crew seem to have things on lock. They know the rates, rules, and insurance claim business well. Customers picking up their finished work all seemed genuinely pleased.

We had a minor fender bender with a friend, the first time either of us has ever had to deal with insurance for auto repairs, which felt a little ridiculous at our age. The insurance company assigned us to Gerber Collision & Glass, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the start, Gerber was on it. They contacted me quickly, (like the phone starts ringing the instant I got off the phone with the insurance company) got the estimate done, and scheduled the repair without much delay. They even handled setting up the rental car and had someone pick me up when I dropped off my vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, which really helped take the edge off of what could have easily become an inconvenient situation. Okay. So, I’m just dropping off, so I’ll have to report back about the repair work, but, thus far, everything has been stellar. Great looking shop, and super clean. Super friendly front desk and detailed appraisal work from Kenny.

I would definitely recommend this shop. The work Kenny and everyone else did on my Charger was awesome and they were professional. Kenny was very receptive to emails and always replied promptly. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. Paying them the insurance check + deductible took literally 5 minutes in their very clean and nice office this morning. The only thing is I wish they had weekend hours - however I would still take my vehicle back here if it ever needs more work.
