Gerber Collision & Glass

If I could give zero stars, I would. My vehicle went into Gerber Collision (St. Charles) for a straightforward repair. Instead, it spent nearly 2 months there and racked up over $6,000 in repair costs, only for me to receive it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. - Water leaks that never existed before - Loose and damaged trim - Broken interior parts - Poor paint quality and overspray - Incorrect windshield installation - Misaligned moldings - Damaged seals - Parts glued together instead of replaced - Unexplained mileage (70 miles driven while vehicle was being "fixed") I had to return the car multiple times, and each time the situation got worse. All around great experience! They were able to get my car fixed (whole new front end) in a timely manner, very professional & knowledgeable staff & on top of all that my car was detailed like a pro from top to bottom when i picked it up at no extra charge. Thank you so much!! You guys rock!
