This collision shop was listed as a preferred provider through my auto insurance company, State Farm. So, I took my SUV here after a minor rear end accident that left my front grill and bumper damaged. They called me promptly to schedule, got me in the next morning, kept me updated with status and estimated date of completion via text messages, and completed the work on the day they said they would. They did a great job! I am very happy with, and appreciative of, Gerber for the excellent service and work that they did! Would highly recommend this business if you're ever in need of a collision work in their area!

Randy the Manager was so very helpful and worked diligently to finalize the paperwork for my insurance company. Mark the parts Manager was always very pleasant and extremely positive. I went to a different collision place first before visiting Gerber and was told double the cost and cash only. Then I went to Gerber and met the very nice people there. They looked at my car, gave me a quote and told me they could have it done quickly which I needed. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The car was done on time, they continued to be so friendly, and they didn’t try and take advantage of me. The final cost even came in a little lower than the quote! Our new Lexus was involved in a front end collision . This affected the exterior as well as the interior's proximity warning system as the sensors were destroyed along with Hood, bumper and various other parts . We contacted Planet Paint and they quickly dispatched a tow truck and provided us quick advice and a professional quote. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that I got OEM parts, I did not want aftermarket parts as they are known to have quality and fitment issues. The work was done right and delivered back to me on time. I would highly recommend Planet Paint to a friend or family member. I was given an estimate of 5 business days to have my car’s front bumper cover replaced and had it back in 2, plus they even delivered my car and dropped off my rental for me! I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Gerber Watauga, and will be recommending them whenever possible.
