German Car Services

I have used this car repair shop for several years and without fail, they do excellent work and are reasonable price wise. They know what they are doing and specialize in foreign cars but also handle domestic cars. Funny fact, it is called German Car Service but they are three Italian mechanics with years of experience. I have used them repeatedly for my BMWs after warranty expires and I recommend them without reservation.

When it comes to getting any car repairs or maintenance done, German Car Service is always my go to shop. Sal, Vito and Dominic are one of the three most reliable mechanics I have dealt with for over 12 years. Their workmanship is like no other and any problem that I've had they've always been able to fix. Finding a local repair shop that you can go to in case of any occurrence is great to have. I've referred many people to go to GCS for their car needs and will continue to do so.

My BMW stalled on a nearby highway and I took it to them after seeing the 5* reviews. Little did I expect to have the worst service experience ever. Kepy my car for 3 days and could not diagnose the problem and yet wanted to charge me $240 for diagnostics. I had to argue with him to negotiate it down to $150 and take it to the BMW dealer in Westchester. He challenged me saying it would cost more than thrice as much and I got the diagnostics done at BMW for just $200. To add to it, I was missing some items I had left in the trunk after my vehicle stalled and only realized it after I took it to the BMW dealer when I did the walk around and noticed the items in my trunk missing. I would avoid this shop at all costs!!

The guys at GCS are the best! They’re honest and they know their stuff. They always try to get it done fast for and keep costs down. We and our friends have been bringing our cars to them for years and we have nothing but good things to say!
