If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came here with confidence to get my Audi fixed and when I went to pick it up ac was not working and my car was overheating constantly. Had to bring it back again to get it fixed and can’t it has now been over 5 days and still can’t get a clear answer or my car fixed just keep getting told the same thing over and over again. Mind you I have been calling out of work and have been spending money on Ubers since I ran out of my rental days already. They have no clear communication just filled with empty promises. If I don’t get my car soon I will be getting my attorney involved. But do yourself a favor, go somewhere else and get your car fixed. Cosmetically and mechanically.

We’ve had multiple cars repaired by Ted. The workmanship is excellent. I am so impressed by their transparency and the quality of the repairs.

My family has been going to Ted for decades. I was unfortunate enough to need his services after my wife damaged our car necessitating both paint and bodywork. Ted and his guys did a fantastic job - they were able to repair the damage to two doors and a rear quarter panel without having to replace anything and the paint looks good as new.  The cost was fair and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Ted himself is an incredibly personable and entertaining guy, I greatly enjoyed dealing with him as well.

Ted and his crew are the best! I had a great experience with them. Their job is just perfect. They don't only fix cars, but they actually care about them. I got my BMW fixed (rear bumper, door handle and the exhaust pipe), and it looks brand new now. I just want to say, the whole experience is just a blast.

We have depended on Ted for many many years. His work is outstanding. Our vehicles always look new after a trip to Ted Hermann 's. Quality work, courteous employees, fair prices.
