I came here for a damaged rear on a Sedan and the shop repaired the whole back beautifully, new bumper, paint, everything looked so perfect and brand new! They even did a free car wash and put it in a lot of care, dedication to their work! They’re also experienced in claim handling and works efficiently, professional. Fast, efficient, beautiful work, great staff and service and trustworthy! Kris the Owner, Mateo the Manager, the technicians are all so nice. The location is also great. 😊 👌👍

I got rear-ended while driving through the area and needed to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. Being in the military, time was critical for me. I saw the great reviews for Scarsdale Auto Body and decided to give them a try and I’m so glad I did. Kris and Matteo were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They assisted with setting up a car rental, handled my insurance claim like the pros they are, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly and efficiently. I never post any reviews but I had to on this one. Amazing service, quick, clean and super friendly. First, I have never seen an office of auto body shop so clean in my life. It tells you they care. Then, I met Matteo and I could not have had a better experience. He is extremely helpful, friendly and caring. My car was fixed earlier than expected. The price was reasonable and the job well done. Matteo and his team are special. Kudos and a big thank you to Scarsdale Auto Body Inc.

I rarely write reviews about businesses, good or bad, but I feel compelled to based on my experience with Scarsdale Auto Body. The workmanship was top notch and they completed the work when they said they would. However what really separates them is their customer service. Matteo made the entire experience a pleasure....and who ever thought getting a car fixed could be a pleasurable experience. He truly took the time and attention to make me feel like I was his only customer...even though they were plenty busy. I strongly recommend them.
