I live out of state and i have a relative who lives down there and drives an Audi. Whenever there's an issue Xavier. Has always taken extremely great care of us. When needed to have service done on our car? I do not normally leave reviews. But they go above and beyond and I feel this was One of those times that I should leave a review..German excellence is excellent...

When I checked my vehicle in and asked that my washer fluid be filled I was assured that would be taken care of as it was part of the inspection I payed for. When I received my vehicle , all the work done was excellent except that the washer fluid was never filled! I was assured it would be. Do what you say you are going to do.

Been coming here since 2011, and will continue. Outstanding auto service, pricing and front desk. Honest and able to work creatively around high price items for my Porsche Cayman S.

Love this shop and all the employees! They take great care of their customers and of course, the cars in for repair. My car was not broken, just needed some TLC maintenance and let me tell you, it drives better than when I got it!!! Everything used to repair/replace parts is top of the line so here you get exactly what you pay for. The employees also love dogs so that’s another positive check on my score sheet!

German Excellence was the best place to bring my car. Their prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great! Xavier helped me throughout the process. I will definitely be bring my car here for any other issues!
