Gerzeny's RV World - Fort Myers

Wonderful people work here: Kudos to service mgr. Chris, to Stacie and Jose. We were told by our car dealership that our van's battery was dead and it would be over $900.00 for service and replacement. The crew at Grezeny checked out the battery, charged it up and we were good to go. All of this was done last minute, without an appointment, and a smile and fabulous attitude from everyone. Definitely use Grezeny for any and all RB service

Do not, do not, do not purchase your travel trailer from Gerzeny's RV World of Fort Myers. My wife and I took delivery in July and since then, the coach has been in the shop for warranty work. The Sales Manager, Bob let us drive 2 hours rather than let us know that the individual that was supposed to give us our walk through was out sick, rather have some unknowledgeable individual show us how to turn on lights and stovetop burners. Additionally, they had a couple of weeks from the time we looked at the travel trailer and gave them $5000 down to hold it to make some minor repairs and clean it. Absolutely nothing was done. This sales manager even told the other dealership where it has been in the shop that we did in fact receive a walk through. Repairs still aren't finished. I can overlook

Bob and his team are awesome. Paula was excellent and super accommodating. Chris and Eric were so good on walk through. Paul is a real asset to the business. Very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at Gerzeny's RV World in Fort Myers. I went in to look at the NuCamp Tag XL Boondock and with the efficient help of sales associate John Fahey I found exactly what I wanted. John made the process so smooth and easy with his friendly and knowledgeable manner. He addressed all my questions and made wonderful suggestions that helped immensely in my decision-making process. Purchased our FIRST RV (travel trailer), a 2021.5 Forest River r-pod 190 from Gerzeny's of Fort Myers. GREAT: Paul Graef in Finance was TERRIFIC at explaining everything (paperwork on our financing, registration, roadside assistance, extended warranty, etc.), He was enthusiastic about his job and genuinely excited about us starting our new adventures in our camper.
