Bruce went above and beyond to help me with an emissions issue. He worked to try and troubleshoot the issue so it was more affordable to me, and when we couldn’t take that route he worked very hard to find affordable parts to keep the costs down. I grew up around a car garage (dad was an auto body tech) and it was a special small-town code to take care of the people and their cars. It has been awhile since I’ve seen those ethics, so I appreciate them deeply. This is a garage who will work hard to get your car in good shape and won’t take advantage of you in the process. Not only do I recommend, but they’ve also gained a loyal customer who they’ll be seeing for all the vehicle-related things.

I don't know what I said or did, cause this was only my 2nd time calling and the 1st was to ask if I could bring my car and I explained the concerns I was having (I'd never been there I was just calling around to find someone I could see before or after work) and the lady I had on the phone was super nice and reassuring and said she'd call right back cause the mechanic was out on an emergency call...no call back happened so I call the next morning and a man picks up, I ask if he'd maybe heard of my car and issue, says "I just walked in here, is it the one with the cross member that needs replaced?" when I confirmed that's part of the issue yes, he said "yeah I'm not interested in working on that car, ok?"..what? Bruce and Jeff are amazing. He’s an honest quality human being, that runs a honest quality business. His whole family is one of the hidden treasures of bridgeville, and he will do whatever it takes to help you get taken care of. Anytime I have a stressful car situation, I walk away feeling so much better thanks to Bruce and Jeff. I would trust this family with my life let alone my car!! Thank you for all you guys do.
