Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I was stranded after an accident caused one of my tires to pop. After calls to 3 other tire centers, I still couldn’t get an appt for days, or they didn’t have my tire size, or wanted to charge “extra” for an emergency appt time! I called Monro & they not only got an appointment for me within 30 minutes, they had my tire size available AND the full price (which was quoted prior to my arrival AND put into writing before services began), was less than I expected to pay for just the new tire! (The tire was also a reputable brand I trusted & all paperwork including its warranty was given to me with my receipt). Everything was completed in less than an hour! Fantastic service I always get my work truck done there. I stipped in today to get air in my tires as the nearby gas stations were not working I was able to get in & out quickly, guy who helped was very friednly.

Don't bother new manager Angel left me stranded out of engine coolant only a couple blocks from the garage. I was a loyal customer for over 9 years. I will never go back. I called Mr Tire and they came right down to help me. Thank you Mr Tire and goodbye Monroe Muffler

Even though my Dad taught me how to do simple repairs to a vehicle, I rarely listened fully. I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD. So I just take my vehicle to Monroe to save everyone the embarrassment of me trying to do these things myself. Monroe’s work is so good, I often just tell my Dad I fixed it myself. Luckily, those conversations don’t go to in-depth or I would be screwed. He just thinks I did it, and that’s what matters. Sorry Dad but thanks Monroe! 5/5 stars.

This morning I needed a quick tire plug to get on the road for a family gathering. I called first thing and Angel took great care of me over the phone. Headed to the shop and was back on the road faster than I could have imagined. Thank you!!
