Vanadium Woods Village

My dad has been going to vanadium woods for over 2 years for respite care when we are traveling . He enjoys his stay. The staff is very nice and also accommodating. Everything runs smoothly. He says the food is delicious with a wide variety of menu choices. There are often special dining touches and many interesting activities available. Visitors can eat in the dining room with residents and there are nice places to sit and visit

My mother moved into her lovely apartment at Vanadium Woods Village 3 years ago at the age 95. At the time we were concerned that she would miss her home of 70 years. However, she has thrived at Vanadium and recently turned 98. The staff is SO Caring and loving. Gina, the social director, is an amazing person constantly seeking new ways to keep the residents engaged and entertained. The food is outstanding and the camaraderie among the residents is so apparent. They really care for and about each other. I highly recommend Vanadium Woods as a truly independent living community.

We had the most amazing experience at Vanadium Woods with my dad. It’s a lovely place and the staff is amazing! Everyone that works there is so incredibly kindhearted. Wonderful activities, delicious meal choices, van services for shopping, church and more. The list really goes on and on. Just a lovely community in every way possible.

What a gift Vanadium Woods was to both my mother and my family! The accommodations are impeccable, the staff are incredible and the food is fantastic! Working in the field of senior services for over 20 years, Vanadium Woods is top notch. I have no hesitation recommending them.

My mother was there for 11 years. It was very homey and the staff became like family. The staff is very caring and loving to the residents. All the staff including service staff; maintenance etc. They have activities such as games in the afternoon and some evenings. And they have entertainment such as singers, group bands etc. and games to help with memory. Of course it is very clean. But is it the staff that makes it special. The 1 draw back is they don’t have as many meal options such as a cafe. The main noon meal is sit down. Not such what options there are if u miss it. It is a quiet place. I would recommend for a less active, quite senior. My mother had to go to a higher level of care. I will miss everyone there.
