I haven't taken the car to the wash in three days. When I went today, they told me that you can't get in, they said repeatedly that you can't get in. They've accumulated clients and now they don't care about people for their own sake. They said no treatment, if you don't like it, go somewhere else. Try to work beautifully without separating people. If there are no customers like us, you are nobody

Be very careful. I took my truck through and it scratched the shit out of it. I very well may sue them. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures because of the reflected sunlight but they are definitely there. Possibly could be buffed out but that's not the point. It just got back from being painted a day and a half prior!

My husband and I canceled our memberships today after ongoing issues at this location. The equipment is poorly maintained, and when complaints are made, they don’t seem to be taken seriously. After reading other reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only customers experiencing these problems. The left-side brush is not properly calibrated, and when we mentioned it to staff, we were told, “we know,” which is concerning considering the potential for vehicle damage. The vacuums are constantly falling apart. On one visit, we pulled up to two different stations; one handle came completely off, and the other had no suction at all. They’re also frequently out of clean rags and cleaning products. The final straw was when one of the wash brushes scratched the hood of our car. That is completely unac

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The quality of the $27 car wash I paid for is terrible. Emailed customer service and no one responded. Great customer service

BEWARE of the employee named Anthony (although he claims to be the owner if this place). I had been here in the past and he was very charming and has even given me FREE carwashes, but in my last visit, when an issue arised he completely SNAPPED, became aggresive, rude, and even swore at me even though other clients and even children were around. I wasnt surprised when I found out he has an extremely concerning criminal record, but as a company, you should be more careful when you hire people who dont only sell car washes and memberships, but who also have to deal with issues, because in these situations, he is a real danger to others. Clients please be careful with this individual.
