I had a suspension kit and new tires installed at this shop, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. Not only did I end up stuck in the middle of the road twice, but both times it was due to the same critical failure — once on each side. After the second breakdown, I took my vehicle to a different, more trusted mechanic who immediately spotted the issue: the ball joint had been cut more than halfway through during the installation. Let that sink in — they cut into an essential suspension component that directly affects the control and safety of the vehicle, and still let me drive away in it. They also found a hose clamp which cover where they said “don’t worry I clamped it down for you”. According to the new mechanic, this was not just poor work — it was an extreme safety hazard. I

Last October I had Gilberts Tires install a 2" lift and tire and wheel package on my Bronco. They did a great job at a very competitive price.

Best place around for camper tires. We had a tire blow out and they was able to get me another one the next day. Then on the way home had another blow out. This time I decided to replace them all. Once again they did not disappoint. They even greased my wheel bearings and suspension on my 5th wheel. Very kind every one of them. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything you done.
