Helpful and honest. I got help finding an item in the isle. Expired sale tags were still on the shelves. My item ring up as more than we expected. Without asking the associate reduced it to sale price. Classy folks

Great service. I needed a part and they didn't have in stock so they had another store bring it over the same day. Called them at 830 and they had the part by 1030. The part was a perfect match. Had my truck fixed in 5 minutes. A very clean, friendly, helpful place to find quality tools and equipment.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Napa in a several states from a commercial perspective. These guys are by far the most engaged , helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable team I've dealt with of them all without question. It's a competitive market in Milford specifically for what these guys do. I'm not as concerned with price as retail folks, but I gotta say I have no qualms or gripes with their pricing at all. Availability? If these guys have it or can get it....they get it very quickly. Rare you call a parts house that is apologetic about you having to wait a day for some random piece. Are there other choices? Sure. In Milford can't say I'd avoid any of them. I start here and 9/10 times it ends there with what I need fast, great price and they helped me navigate the choices.
