Quality work, done in a timely and professional manner. Anthony and Kent are truly there to help. I primarily chose this shop because it’s close to home and work and I don’t have the added inconvenience of trying to find someone to pick me up and drop me off. I feel comfortable that they care about my safety but they are never pushy about recommendations. I like the app and that they provide pictures of inspection results as well as text updates.

This was a very pleasant experience. Anthony and Kent were absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They actually went to another store to get a part they needed! The waiting area was clean and welcoming. We will definitely use them again.

Always friendly and accommodating. Went in recently for an oil change and explained a noise I was hearing from under the hood. They explained they were busy and I’d probably have to bring it back another day for that. Their tech stayed a little later passed his shift end time, found the problem and it was a simple fix. Appreciate the above & beyond service and the positive attitudes of their employees. 🙌🏻

Meineke Car Care in Milford is a place you can trust. From the moment I walked in, everyone was not only helpful but truly caring, creating a comfortable, family-like environment. They treated me with respect and professionalism at every step, which really sets them apart from other shops. Marcus deserves special recognition, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, making sure I understood everything and felt confident about the service on my vehicle. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in building lasting relationships with their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for both expert care and a welcoming atmosphere.

Yesterday was my first ever time frequenting Meineke Car Care Center for service. I walked in right away getting a very warm welcoming. Service Advisor, Kent Kelly and Bradford Sparrow were awesome! They recognized immediately what I needed and began explaining the process. Kent wrote my ticket up afterwards directing me to the waiting area. Bradford closed me out keeping me informed of the status of the vehicle and the approximate wait time. I was impressed with the service and with work performed on the vehicle. Meineke in Milford is my go to location for all of my car servicing needs in the future.
