I just want to say thank you to One Stop Auto for their professionalism and service! I was on my way to Wilmington and got a flat tire and happened to pull in to their parking lot by accident and they not only took me in right away but they plugged my tire and didn’t charge me anything! You don’t find people like this nowadays so please keep this local business in mind if you need work done because they have compassion and actually care!

This is a great place not many around like this Other places want to put you on a three to six moth waiting list , then charge you a fortune. Here I got the job done in afair amount of time at a reasonable price.

I can't thank One Stop Auto Shop enough for their kindness and excellent service. I have always had a good experience here with my car but yesterday they went above and beyond. Alicia was so kind and understanding of the issue I was having with my vehicle when I spoke to her on the phone. They were so attentive to the issue when I arrived. The mechanic who took care of the issue was so kind and friendly. I am so grateful that my son in law found One Stop a few years ago. They are wonderful. It is so important to have a honest reliable mechanic. Thank you so much One Stop and everyone who works there.

I was traveling through the area from my. My wheel bearing went out in my truck. I called aaa and one stop towing showed up. AAA gave a 2.5 hour eta and the tow truck driver showed up within a hour and a half. The driver was super friendly and knows how to do his job. I know the up’s and down of this job. I was a tow truck driver for 18 years and the driver was amazing. If I could give a higher rating than a 5 star I would. I recommend this tow company 110%

I have a lot of experience working on cars, but I don't always have the time or patience to do the job myself. So in those cases I bring my cars to One Stop, and have been doing so for about 3 years now. Their prices are extremely fair, they do great work, they never try to unnecessarily up-sell me on stuff, and they are good about staying in contact with me with updates. If you just need a solid, honest local mechanic, you can't do much better than this place--they're really fabulous.
