My daughter was in an accident last month, and Gilbertsville Auto Body was the local towing company called to the scene. Since we had never dealt with anything accident-related before, the situation was overwhelming. From the very beginning, their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process, especially while dealing with the insurance company. They were extremely accommodating and genuinely cared about helping us. We cannot say enough good things about their business and the people who work there. Highly recommend!

Scammers! Do not trust this place. BEWARE!! The police dispatched them to the scene of the accident, approximately 1/8th of a mile from their shop. They towed the car to their shop where they left it unsecured in front of their building for days on a main road with the doors unlocked and windows down. They took advantage of an injured teenage kid in his first accident by trying to force us to pay them a $250 tow bill plus give them the title to the car. The owner said he could charge as much as he wants for the tow and we could not collect our belongings unless we paid them (which is illegal - if they do this report them). They made us leave and refused to let us get the stuff out of the car. They locked the gate and wouldn’t reopen it for the police. The office lady said the owner is the

great staff, knew exactly what to do, paint turned out amazing, squeezed me in and had no problem with it. overall for anything european car wise, this is the place to go!!

Can you tell where the dents were? Me neither!! Thanks Gilbertsville Auto Body for fixing my car! Dented front and rear fenders and front bumper look brand new! Paint matches exactly, and I'm excited about driving my car again! The customer service here is great! Everyone is friendly and cares about the customer! The quality of work and fair pricing means I'll be back (hopefully not too soon!) :)

Would definitely recommend this shop for any auto body needs. The owner, Paul, was very nice and helped me through my insurance claims. I was having some trouble with the insurance agent and he helped me to be able to get everything sorted out and covered by them. He even inspected my car while it was there since that became due while he had the car. He kept me informed of the whole process even though I was out of the country at the time. When I picked up the car, it looked as good as it did when I bought it. I would go back if I ever needed them again.
