He made sure all my questions were answered, made the process simple and stress-free, and really took the time to explain everything to me. Driving from Chicago to Rhode Island, my wife and I noticed our car was acting a little off. Fortunately we made it to our destination. We brought in our car to Girard Nissan in Groton and I explained to William (Bill) what was going on with the car. I knew it was related to the transmission, I was hoping for the best unfortunately we needed to replace the transmission. Bill was able to have our Rogue back up and running with a new transmission in three days…which was perfect considering we were leaving on the fourth day. Thank you, Bill for all your help!

The service i had was originally supposed to a little over $600. The service advisor noticed i had about $450 worth of rewards points which saved me alot of money. THANKS NISSAN!!!
