NAPA Auto Parts - Yantic Auto Groton

Seem nice and knowledgeable. However, I had a brake line flare break on me. I went back to the store and tried getting the correct fittings they gave me before. I mentioned that I was want sure they gave me the right flared line fitting the last time. They automatically dismissed me as not buying the stuff from them. Basically called me a liar. I even have the receipts and I wasn't blaming them for anything. I was just trying to get everything straight. Not that it matters much, but I went from liking these guys to forget these guys. They are horrible. Unless you enjoy being called a liar

Been going here for years. If you can't find in store, they can usually order it. Counter staff are very knowledgeable and are friendly. It's what an auto store should be and not like some of these other places that hire anyone that can somewhat use a computer and have no basic car knowledge.

The staff was incredibly helpful despite my very low personal level of knowledge when it comes to cars. After diagnosing the problem, they had the replacement battery I needed and helped me with the proper tools to replace the battery in no time at all.

This is a good auto shop. Good prices too. I had to get all four brake calipers for an '87 Pontiac Fiero, a difficult thing to get a hold of. They did so in a few days. Two came in from Boston, one from Philly, and one from D.C., and they didn't charge anything extra for the trouble of checking so many shops, warehouses, and suppliers, nor for shipping. The price was very good, especially for brake calipers, especially considering how difficult new ones are to find. The service was fantastic, the guy even remembered my name, and what I was looking for, and the parts worked well, and came with all mounting bolts, plugs, sleeves, and gaskets needed for a brake caliper job. This is why NAPA is the gold standard for parts stores, and this is most definitely a good one.

Great people. Bob, the manager?, Was very helpful. Even though I was ultimately unable to get the part at NAPA that I was looking for, he looked for any possibility to fulfill my request. Btw, it was an obscure wheel hub for and old trailer. The store looks to have everything else you could ask for. If not, they will find it and order it for you.
