Had a good experience repairing 2 windows, one stained and the other cracked from a BB gun. It's cheaper than getting a window replaced altogether, and they were fast to respond and flexible to schedule with me. They did have to reorder the glass to be recut to size due to some measurements that were off, but I was glad to be sure they were getting the job done right. Most people I called to fix this before insisted on a window replacement/they only service replacements, but I was glad to find the Glass Doctors!

Great technicians and customer service. Very knowledgeable and attentive to details when measuring and installing. Brett & Kevin did a great job installing some difficult/odd shaped windows in our sunroom. They look great!

I had need to repair a busted out window a couple weeks ago and the repairman that answered in my time of need was exactly who I needed. I am so happy with the services provided. The repair was done in a speedy manor and the takedown and reinstallation of my window was quick. My repairman was Brett M and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about the window and the repair. He did such a great job with the initial measuring and inspection that I asked to have him back as my installer. Thank you so much, Brett M. I appreciate your top-notch service and how awesome you are! I will absolutely be calling Glass Doctor when I need new windows in the future.

The installation was great but the fact that I had to wait around from 8:00am until after 6:00pm when the installers got here is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. It would be nice and helpful for customers to at least have some communication from the glass doctor and some sort of window time period. A little after 3:00pm when I had heard nothing all day I called and asked if they were still doing the install. I was told then the installers had one more install before mine and then I didn't heard anything for about 2 more hours when I was told they were an hour away. Unfortunately this will likely be the last time I use the glass doctor unless you improve communication and can give some idea of time frame.
