Glass With Class

After insurance and Safelight tried to extort me, I decided to call around for a GIANT Ram Promaster windshield replacement. I'm grateful for finding Gary and his shop right here in the area. Great price! Great install! Great guy! I'll certainly be back for the next, inevitable, rock chip! HIGHLY recommended 💯

We had a severely fogged up double pane commercial window at work. I shopped around quite a bit and got estimates that were 20-60% higher than Glass With Class. Gary was the only person I talked to that came by to actually look at the window first. He took the time to examine the window thoroughly inside and out and then explained to me what was going on. He answered all of my questions on the first call and on the day of install. The window was installed promptly and they left the area and the window spotless. Excellent customer service at every stage. I would definitely use GWC again.

I will give them zero stars if I could. Avoid this company, it’s just wasting people’s time. And the guy at the front desk Matthew is completely useless. Doesn’t follow up on people’s requests, can’t give a price for anything. They just waisted one week to price some glass and then he couldn’t price the labor to install the glass. They said that in order to provide a price for installation they have to go to the address but they have no idea when they can do that. How do they stay in business with this attitude. No idea. Get someone else.

Gary and Matthew were easy to communicate with. I Broke one side of a double panel window on a Friday, they were able to come out and measure for a replacement that day. They stated it would take about a week for the replacement to be made and installed. Their time estimate was correct and I had it fixed by the following Friday. The price was fair and installation went quickly.

I highly recommend these guys! After 20+ years of driving my luck ran out. I caught a rock just right and got a crack in my windshield. Thankfully it was small and thankfully I called Glass With Class. They gave me the best quote and got me in same day. Super nice guys who do excellent work!
