Terrible service department, I have 2 unforgettable experiences there, one time they mentioned a part in the car needs to be replaced, I accepted and they charged me over $1200 for that, I searched in Nissan website and found they overcharged me on the part over $300, I went and complained to the manager, he didn't accept their overcharge but finally agreed to give me $150 credit to be used in their dealership. This time, last week I took my car for regular oil and filter change, after completion the work, I turned on the car and left the dealership towards Brand Blvd and figured out the car is not under my control and it feels like tires are flat, I was in the middle of the busy street, and scared, and turned around slowly and back to the service center, the manager was there, he inspecte

Bought a car at Nissan Glendale about a year and a half ago. The purchase itself was fine, but the volume knob and screen were faulty from day one. I didn’t catch it right away because I’m busy and rarely drove the car. Six months ago I came in — they claimed it was fixed under my “gold” warranty. Nothing changed. Two weeks ago I returned again, wasted time and money on diagnostics. Luis personally promised everything was finally resolved. Well, the issue is still here. Trust in this service is gone. Very disappointed and definitely expected better from a dealership like this.

I had a great experience. The service manager Emmanuel Garay was very polite and professional. I have spent hours at other Nissan dealerships just for an oil change. Glendale Nissan got me in, did a thorough inspection and quickly informed me of any issues that needed to be addressed. Good job Glendale Nissan!

Won't ever buy a Nissan again or recommend anyone does. The CVT transmissions are garbage. The dealership never told me the transmission oil had to be replaced once a year. I took my car in for two years to get an engine oil change and not once did they advise me on replacing the transmission oil. they sure did always try to sell me the air filters though.

Trashiest Nissan, untrustworthy and unprofessional staff and service department. Go down the road to Hawk Nissan instead for any maintenance or sales help. You will have a better experience there on their worst day than at Glendale on their best day.
