Have been a satisfied customer for years with multiple vehicles and was reminded today how well they treat their customers. I took my car in 2 days ago due to alert for low tire pressure for one tire and they took me in with only a few minutes to wait. The nice gentleman checked all tires, not just the one indicated and I was soon on my way. Unfortunately, the indicator showed low tire pressure again and I took the car back this morning. They took the car immediately and found a nail and were able to plug it. Then the crowning moment...they did not charge me saying it should have been caught when I first brought it in! Absolutely fabulous people and staff - I am always treated with respect and politeness and will continue to be their customer and recommend their business!

They are a 30 minute drive from me but absolutely worth it. They were able to get me an appointment the day after my inquiry. They were flexible with the appointment time and the tire came in under the quoted cost. Service was super fast. This is my tire place going forward. p.s I was able to select my tire, make my appointment and receive an approximate cost of tire and service from their website too. They called me back within a couple hours to schedule.

I was referred to this business by another company. Over the phone the gentleman was very Nice. Their prices are very decent and service was great and he took care of my needs. The staff was very friendly at this location. I would definitely forward to friends and family.

By far the most honest, friendly tire and all around service shop in Durham. Family owned and operated. Great value! They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. I got four new tires, front alignment and brakes replaced. All of this cost me less than only four tires at Costco and Costco does not do alignments.

Been going here for years. Always satisfied until today. I went for an oil change Friday I forgot my money so they let me pay today which was nice of them. BUT: when I got in my car after the oil change the seat was all the way back and laid down. I didn't notice it and when I got in I literally fell on my back and my back hurts all weekend. When I came to pay I told the lady and she said "They have to put the seat back to get in etc". I asked why they couldn't put it back and she said, "They don't know your original setting." I said "Well he knew I'm not 6 foot 4 inches tall." No apology and didn't care a whit. My back still hurts. I hope I won't have to see a doctor for it. Took a star away for that.
