Glen's Auto

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff at Glen's. Great at communicating the issues and possible fixes. My daughter's car had a lot of suspension damage and they helped me identify the critical fixes first, and leaving routine (recommended) maintenance items until later, since there was so much to fix first. I appreciate that the work was done relatively quickly and for a fair and reasonable cost for the amount of work and parts (new brakes, new suspension components, etc. etc. Hanna and Branden were great to deal with, and I will be back when one of the cars needs work.

1st time with Glens Auto after living in Shrewsbury for many years. I'm sorry it took me so long! They got me in pretty fast to change some sensors on my older model Acura, and I was really pleased with both the work, and the service up front. I will definitely be returning next time I need work done!

*Edited 5/23/25* After leaving this my original review, Wyatt called me up to talk to me about my review. He took full responsibility on the shop not taking the time to thoroughly address my concern with the noise that I was hearing. He went out of his way to try to right the situation as best as he could and I greatly appreciate his efforts and attentiveness. I'll start with the good about Glens -I like how you can schedule service online and the text/email updates -The person who I spoke to on the phone while my vehicle was in the shop was knowledgeable and kept me up to date with everything they were doing to try to solve the issue Now for the bad: I have never taken a vehicle here before and honestly only booked an appointment with them because Southern stables was farther booked o

I have been dealing with Glen's Auto for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always courteous and very professional! I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else.

Scheduling was very easy and they were so accommodating. They got us in quickly, explained what we needed, I addressed any and all issues. They did the repairs quickly and at a price that was reasonable for the work done.
