Brayden the young man that helped me with breaks and rotors for my Dodge Ram. I can’t say enough about how great this young man was on the phone. Was at advanced ready to purchase same stuff, butt called Napa to see if they had what I needed cheaper. Well this young man is why I’ll always come back. Couldn’t have asked for a better man to help me while being out of town. Anyone reading this, Dodge Ram 4life!!💪

The Gentleman with the pirced ears short hair ( usually wearing a orange shirt) needs a major aditude adjustment. Been in the store several times it seems he has little to no desire to help anyone and ultimately dose not want to be there. If I were the manager I would encourage him to find another non-retail line of work were he dosent have to deal with people

Outstanding customer service. A rare find in our modern times. We were traveling from Elizabethtown PA to Chesapeake Beach MD when our RV broke down. The staff took the time to help me diagnose the problem and recommend tools for a fix. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed, even showing us where we could park to repair our problem. If I were local, this is where I'd go.

Pretty sad day when your store associates cannot even match a spark plug properly.

Staff was helpful. I purchased a new set of wiper blades but after attempting to install the I found out they would not fit. My purchase was immediately voided and refunded without any issues.
