Excellent experience! Worked with Tim and both Ryan’s! This was my first stop in car shopping and ended up being where I went back to after visiting multiple car dealerships. There was no run around. They were upfront about all costs and charges- no hidden fees or charges. I drove away in a new jeep compass with plates, registration, and inspection sticker all taken care of- all at a price that was as close as they could get to what I was looking for. They even took my old plates and returned those. They work with a scrap yard that gave me money for my old car to go towards my lease. They are handling the pick up of that car. A small family owned business right off RT 128. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found what we were looking for on line and spoke to the sales guy Blake over the phone as it was a 2 1/2 hour drive. He was very upfront and honest. Came down and took the used Jeep Wrangler for a ride and came up with a price we both thought was fair. All in all had a great experience doing business with Sudbay. I would recommend them for your next vehicle.
I leased my first new car from Sudbay this week. I went in on Saturday and was greeted by Ryan Martell. Ryan was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for, and went through different options I would have depending on different vehicles I was thinking about. He showed me different years, makes, and models online and priced out different buying options for each. Once he had it narrowed down a bit, he showed me a few cars on the lot and asked if I wanted to test drive any of them. I then went on a test drive with Ryan, who had his own route mapped out which made it easy to just focus on the feel of driving and not worry about where I was going. Once I settled on a car with Ryan, he and Steve worked together to figure out my lease with the years and price points I was looking for. T
By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. At this point I’ve bought 2 cars and 4 trucks and Sudbay made the process easy. I hate salesmen, but this transaction felt more like customer service. No tactics just factics. I was on the hunt for a new black Sahara 4xe with Sky One Touch and I’m glad this is the only dealer I found that had it simply because of their customer service. They got me around the price I was expecting, they didn’t push any other vehicle onto me in order to get the price we wanted, and I only spent a total of 3 hours at the dealership. First time Jeep owner here and glad I found one to match the bike.
