GO Car Wash

You guys these ladies truly care about your car. They are always looking for the best promotion for you. One day after the freeze I had mud stuck in my tire wells and the blonde/red head took her time to make sure she washed it out. Everytime I go they are always helping me keep my car clean.

"I recently visited go carwash and had gotten the Premium Wash My car came out sparkling clean, with no water spots or streaks. The works and was a nice touch. The price was reasonable for the level of service, and the staff was friendly and efficient especially the supervisor (miss Mendez) when i had trouble at the kiosk she came and sorted it and had me on my way and the free vacuums Are a plus.the vacuum area was clean.The only minor issue was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. Overall, I highly recommend for a great car wash experience." @GoCarWash

Paid for a wash. truck was still dirty down the sides and the hood. They sent me back thru and it didn't clean these areas. I told them they seen it but started blowing smoke. I didn't get a refund. I tried to call a manager but They don't answer the phone and they don't return messages. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know that go car wash has bad customer service and didn't make it right. Truck is still dirty.

Go car wash in Rockdale,Tx works perfect for me and the workers are amazing!! The service is always satisfying!! I’ve had a couple of issues with payments from my account and Blanca , one of the managers, has been great at what she does!! She’s been able to find out the problem and solve it… She’s made sure I was refunded and been a woman of her word. Thank you and Go Carwash!!!!
