Had an appointment for an alignment and drove here just to be told my truck is “too long” for the alignment racks. I drive a short bed f250, no lift, and 35inch tires. I spoke with the front desk the day before when I set up my appointment and gave her all of this information. I’m glad I was turned away because companies with lazy employees that will lie to their customers and waste their time shouldn’t be trusted to work on peoples cars.

Very on point ...polite.....all were very professional.....I will be taking my car here again...I'm going today to see why a light came on as soon as I got in car it was on ... alignment and tire balance was the services I received...thanks to one young man working there for the coca-cola it was very appreciated....awesome employees....all of those I encountered. .thanks crew

Mechanic said my wheel cylinder was leaking and needed back drum brakes and that I also needed front brakes. That was a lie. Got second opinion and wheel cylinders are NOT leaking and the shoes are still like brand new. I did replace the front pads and rotors myself though. I will never take my business there again. Taking advantage of a woman.

an unfortunate situation. I went in to get my car fixed and had the alternator replaced. Well 700 dollars later the problem was still there and was told I should drive it around to see if the computer would pick up the real error....long story short, I had to buy a new car since the risk of crashing was way to high and I didn't want to spend another 700 dollars on an unnecessary fix. The staff was friendly (parking was tight) but I regret taking my car there and paying for a problem that didn't get fixed.

Professional, friendly and they care about their customers. It's been my go to shop for many years and I have no intentions of changing.
