Goodyear Auto Service

I have gotten my 2003 Toyota Highlander serviced here a few times in the past with my dad and had some trust, but that was shattered worse than the engine cover that was damaged. I went for an oil change and to diagnose the check engine light on June 30th. I was told that the emissions valve had to be replaced, but the part wouldn't come in from the dealer until later, then that turned into the next day. I called the following day and spoke with the receptionist who said the car would have to stay overnight again because the valve hadn't come in yet. I went over there in person to pick up the car instead because having the care just sit there served no purpose. Wouldn't you know it - a few minutes later and the valve was magically in now. I was told to wait 5 minutes for them to replace it

Thank you for the service on my car today! Service was very professional, performed extremely fast and most importantly for a fraction of the cost I usually pay at my dealership. Workers were also very courteous. Highly recommend 👌

Good, Fair and Honest I have an older car and when it broke down on me unexpectedly I took it to Goodyear in Freeport. The staff was great, really Honest and professional. The manager Stamond really went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my car and to get my car fixed. Because i had multiple issues. It's hard to find good fair mechanics these days who is not looking to rip you off when you have an older car with multiple issues. This place has a great staff.

Awesome experience. I had an appointment and I arrived a little early. My truck was taken in quickly and this is my new Goodyear I’ll be bringing my truck to

Great service! I want to give an extra five stars to Janice. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to make one and be 100% truthful. I called the day before to make an appointment for an oil change and they were very accommodating. I stayed at the office while I waited for my oil change and Janice was so sweet and made it a great experience! She was absolutely lovely and helped me with my questions and concerns and would keep me updated as the oil change was in progress. It’s nice to go somewhere that has great service (AND prices!!) but it was made special by Janice! I will be there next month for my inspection! Also! Prices were VERY fair, definitely better than most and they won’t push you for extra services that are not needed. They are very timely and services are great!
