Many would tell me, go small business, but i will say, Goodyear all the way. Those employed there need our business also. Now, why 5 stars? Cuz, when they ask, "what kind of noise?", and I respond, "ummm, ya know, I'm that girl, I can't describe it", they don't laugh, but they also don't scoff. Maybe they roll their eyes a little. But, I drop my car off, and 2 hours later, my car is driving over those bumpy roads, quiet as can be! I have been there several times. No over selling. No, "well, you are due for.....". If you ask, they tell you. They have fixed the error of another local shop. They have test drove to diagnose and when they couldn't find source, they charged time, nothing more. And, low and behold, it was whatever sensor they flipped, not a light since. These guys have been r

DO NOT TAKE AFTERMARKET WHEELS OR ANY WHEELS HERE. THEY RUINED ALL 4 OF MY WHEELS. They used a screwdriver to take all the wheel weights off. Painted gloss black wheels were absolutely trashed. SCRAPED all the way to the metal! I went back in to get answers and they said they would get me a free tire service. Did they do that. No. The manager wasted my time and pretty much told me that so I'd leave. Came back in for another tire mount and they dont know anything about said "free service" or my issue. This place will ruin your wheels and then laugh when you want them to fix it or do the right thing and refund you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. THEY DONT STAND BY GOOD WORK!

Don't go to goodyear! Read previous bad post. Not going to waste my time. Managers make $ off you!! Go elsewhere for professional affordable service.

My daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. Job well done .

I purchased some tires off Amazon and this service center was listed as a preferred installer. It couldn't have been easier, the tires were shipped there and the scheduled install took less than an hour! The techs were pleasant...I was impressed-I'll be back!
