Got Brakes Auto Repair

After going to several repair shops and being told it would be weeks before they could get my wife’s van in, I called Got Breaks and he said drop it off I’ll take a look the next day. He called me the next day and told me he could get the van fixed by 2pm the following day. Indeed he did. He didn’t try and push stuff that we didn’t need and did a great job. We found our new mechanic. Thanks a lot and I will always recommend anyone to go to them.

The duo at Got Breaks was amazing. Very honest and helpful. Thought I had a huge proven on my hand as it was an older car with a lot of miles but turns out just need some new wires and spark plugs. Was so appreciative of the way I was treated and the speed of the service. I highly recommend and they will be my new go to for any repairs in the future.

I just went to Got Brakes today and I tell you Sean was great - honest, doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I will go back for sure and I would recommend anyone to go to the them.

In October I dropped my car off at 8 am. I did not receive a call back when my vehicle was ready. When I biked over in the evening they reported to me the diagnostic read, said it would cost me an exorbitant amount of money to repair and that the part they needed to replace couldn't be found anywhere in the country. Two weeks were spent revisiting the issue, troubleshooting with "Got Brakes" staff, but I was only faced with continued delays and broken promises. Finally, I set up an appointment with an auto shop down the road who managed to find and replace the part in about 24hrs. I don't plan to trust the staff at Got Brakes with my vehicle (or my financial resources) again.
