Ryan & Gordy's Glass

I called Ryan and Gordy‘s glass on Monday morning at about 915 and spoke to a receptionist. I told her I was completing a large project and I needed several pieces of glass. The lady I was talking to actually was out of the Red Wing office, but the Hastings office is much closer. I asked the receptionist if someone would be at the Hastings location the entire day because it is quite the distance for me to drive down to Hastings, Minnesota. I was told that someone would be there the entire day. I arrived at Ryan and Gordy‘s glass company in Hastings at 10:30 in the morning. There was a sign on the door that said they were gone and they would return at 10:45. The door was locked. I decided to run and do some additional shopping at another store and return later. I returned to Ryan and Gordy

Ryan & Gordy’s Glass ordered and installed our new shower doors. Jay was quick to respond and give us an estimate and had great recommendations. We love our new doors!

I was quoted $100 over the phone to repair a broken window pane, the price went up to $175 when I dropped off the sash. I went ahead with the work since a new sash from the vendor was $235. A whole 2 weeks later when I went to pick up the sash the price had risen to $245. When I stated this was well above the quoted price they said they would remove the pane and give back the sash so I could have the repair done elsewhere. Will never use this company again. Sad that this the state of customer service today.
